OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON (July 6, 2026) – 6-4-3 Charts (www.643charts.com), the leading data visualization and reporting platform for baseball and softball, is proud to announce the addition of Alex Rimerman to its growing team. Alex joins 6-4-3 Charts as a Software Engineer and Product Developer, bringing a unique blend of software engineering expertise, product development experience, and a background in baseball analytics and performance tools.

A 2025 graduate of Swarthmore College with degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics, Alex was a four-year member of the baseball team and served as captain during his senior season. Following graduation, he founded Developing Baseball, a company focused on building analytics-driven tools for player development and pitch evaluation. Through the platform and its companion mobile application, Arsenal IQ, Alex developed solutions that help coaches, players, and training facilities better understand pitching performance through advanced modeling and reporting.

Prior to joining 6-4-3 Charts, Alex spent a year as a Software Development Engineer at Workday, where he worked on the backend computation engine behind the company’s Adaptive Planning product. His experience building products at the intersection of software engineering, data analytics, and baseball has uniquely positioned him to help drive the next generation of mobile tools at 6-4-3 Charts.

In his role as Software Engineer and Product Developer, Alex will work closely with the 6-4-3 Charts development team to further enhance the platform’s capabilities and expand product offerings across mobile applications.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Alex to the 6-4-3 Charts team,” said Rick Ahlf, CTO and Co-Founder of 6-4-3 Charts “His unique combination of software engineering expertise, product development experience, and deep understanding of baseball analytics makes him an incredible addition to 6-4-3. As we continue to expand our platform and grow our mobile offerings, Alex will play a key role in pushing that mission forward.”

“I am extremely excited to join 6-4-3 Charts because of the outstanding reputation and culture built by the 6-4-3 Charts team,” said Rimerman. “Aligning my passions for software development and baseball analytics is always what I have wanted to do in my career, and I am very excited to bring the tools 6-4-3 Charts provides into the mobile application space, giving coaches even easier access to their metrics.”

A South Jersey native, Alex is a devoted Philadelphia sports fan, particularly the Eagles and Phillies, though his favorite team is the Swarthmore College Garnet. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, going to the gym, and staying active.
