6-4-3 Charts is beyond excited to grow its team once again with the addition of Beth Mullins as Softball Product Owner! Mullins has an impressive track record of success in the sport of softball with 18 years of coaching experience, including 8 years as a head coach.
Most recently Mullins was the head coach of the Troy University softball team (2015-2021). In her first season as the Trojans head coach she was awarded the 2015 Sunbelt Coach of the Year, helping Troy improve in several offensive categories.
In 2021 Mullins helped lead Troy to a historic year. That season Troy was 17-6 in league play, sweeping five of their conference series and securing second in the Sun Belt. Mullins led the Trojans to their second ever NCAA Regional appearance and first ever as an at-large selection, ending a 26 year NCAA Tournament drought. During her time at Troy, the Trojans were also honored with an NFCA Top 10 Academic Award for their work on and off the field. Before her time at Troy, she helped lead Georgia Southern, UAB, and Western Kentucky all to their first ever NCAA tournament appearances.
Prior to coaching, Mullins completed an impressive collegiate playing career at The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). In her first season with the Blazers she was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team. In her senior season, Mullins was named All-Conference USA. She finished her career ranked in the Top 10 for the program in RBIs, home runs, total bases, hits, doubles, and walks. and was named All-Conference USA. Her combination of experiences as a collegiate player, coach, and advocate for the game of softball allow her to analyze and communicate about softball from several perspectives.
In her role as Softball Product Owner, Mullins will work closely with 6-4-3 Charts leadership, developers, and data analysts to lead the charge in how softball coaches, players and programs leverage data to drive player development and scouting initiatives. “I could not be more excited to join an innovative and industry leading team at 643 Charts,” said Mullins. “I was a power user of 643 Charts while coaching, and I know first hand how visualizing and leveraging data can elevate team scouting and on field performance.”

Beth currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia and is a diehard Braves fan. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family, being on the water, deep sea fishing, and of course, watching softball.
